He has advised and assisted on the acquisitions of licensed premises, self-build schemes and all aspects of Commercial Property including freehold and leasehold sales, Landlord and Tenant matters, related property work and secured lending.
Buying a house is the acquisition of a major asset. So Gary also advises on related matters such as Wills and can identify potential IHT problems.
Gary attends both our offices in Shotton and Buckley to provide a complete service to all our clients in this area but is equally capable of handling matters Òlong distanceÓ with his IT skills.
Gary lives locally with his wife and two children and enjoys sports. He is a Director and dedicated to the good management of the Company.
